Submit a Warranty claim
Please file a warranty claim if you believe your product is defective or if parts were missing when you received the product.
To file a warranty claim, please email the following to warranty@covervalet.com:
- A brief description of the damage and how it happened.
- Photos of the damage and of the broader installation of the product from a few angles.
- Proof of purchase (a pdf or snapshot of your sales slip or invoice).
- Your contact name, phone number, and mailing address.
We respond to all claims within 72 hours of submission.
